Why Enrol to Study?

Did you know that the National Quality Framework (NQF), outlines the minimum qualification requirements for educators in centre-based services? This refers to preschools, kindergartens and long day care facilities. According to the current framework, at least 50% of educators at any one centre must be actively working towards an approved diploma level education and care qualification, or higher. All other educators at each centre must hold, or be working towards, at least a Cert III. 

So what does this mean for you? Well, it means that by enrolling in our Certificate III In Early Childhood Education & Care, you’ll meet the criteria required to begin working in a centre as part of their ratio. It also means if you enrol in our Diploma Of Early Childhood Education & Care program, then you’ll be more in demand by centres and you’ll be eligible for leadership roles that come with a higher paygrade. 

Certificate III In Early Childhood Education & Care

This course is designed to develop your expertise in early childhood education. The expected course length is a suggested maximum of 48 weeks and this can be a precursor to studying a diploma. 

Diploma Of Early Childhood Education & Care

This course is designed to further your skillset and understanding of childhood education. Course length is a suggested maximum of 48 weeks, and we have a Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) process for prior study.
